Walk the Vineyard: Albatross Ridge

Garrett & Paige have an informative & fun afternoon planned for us starting off with a vineyard walk & tour. The vineyard is just 7 miles from the ocean & overlooks Carmel Bay in the distance.  Experience for yourself what makes these vineyards so special.

 Learn and taste how these pedigreed wines are influenced by this extraordinary wine growing site. Discover how this cool climate vineyard has rare limestone & shale soils, similar to Burgundy France & what effect it has on these elegant, terroir driven wines.  Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hang out with this talented Winemaker to learn firsthand what goes into producing world class wines on the Monterey Peninsula.  Garrett will taste us through 4 of Albatross Ridge’s Estate wines. This will be followed by a spectacular Charcuterie party and sunset view while enjoying the camaraderie with fellow AWS friends on the ridge in Carmel valley.
