About the Event
Join AWS Board Member and Wine Australia senior executive Damon Musha as he curates a food and wine pairing odyssey of some of Australia’s wine icons as well as small-production gems rarely seen on US shores. Renowned Mission Bistro chef de cuisine Matt Zimny has developed a six-course pairing menu inspired to perfectly pair with select small-production estates from New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. The wine curations range from Australian classics to “young guns” that are ever-advancing one of the world’s most dynamic wine-producing countries.
Seating for the evening’s event is limited, and reservations are essential. This is a rare opportunity to savor some of Australia’s best wines, alongside amazing chef pairings from one of the Monterey Peninsula’s most beloved restaurants. We look forward to sharing this special night with you as we travel Down Under for an evening that cannot be missed.
