MASTER OF CEREMONIES - Hannah Ermisch
Daughter of Elixir's founder, Hannah is a Certified Sommelier with a Bachelor's degree in Enology from Cal Poly, and an MBA from University of Illinois. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager for Elixir Wine Group, and General Manager for Vino wine shops, Hannah is very active in the wine community. She is a part of Bâtonnage, a non-profit supporting new women in the wine industry, and continuously seeks opportunities for growth, participating in tasting events, educational seminars, and industry conferences.
CHEF D'CUISINE - Matt Zimny
Menu pairings curated by Mission Bistro's Executive Chef Matt Zimny who brings over 25 years of experience from all over the country. Chef Zimny, has worked in some of the top kitchens in Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, Alaska, & California.
We look forward to sharing this special night with you as we travel on a South American culinary evening that cannot be missed.
